The Creative Arts Academy seeks to nurture the creative minds of our students in a caring and stimulating environment that provides opportunities to exhibit, perform, broadcast, screen and publish artistic endeavors in preparation for successful careers in The Arts, Communication and The Media.
The Academy provide opportunities for study with committed teachers who are accomplished art practitioners in their own right. Guest artists, master classes and internships are offered in conjunction with local and national Arts, Communication and Media industries.
Our curriculum is interdisciplinary with the arts and also allows students to connect with Language Arts, Social Studies, Math and Science in the core curriculum. A course of study in the Arts provides a unique perspective on the global community where students understand how various forms of expression reflect the attitude, values history and politics of cultures and communities.
